Make Mini Flipbook to Embed on A Small Area of Webpage
The digital mini flipbook can be embedded on a small area of homepage or product page for the purpose of highlighting important information such as promotions, hot product catalogs, company events and etc.
Different from normal flipbooks, the mini mode flipbook will hide toolbar buttons and navigation bar in order to suit the limited presenting space. By using the mini mode, not only can you show flipping books on a single webpage but also showcase it on any small area of a webpage.
The below book is an example of mini flipbook created by Kvisoft PDF flip book software. Readers can click page corner to flip pages, or click on it to view it in full screen.
How to Make a Mini-mode Flipbook?
Once you imported your document(for example PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, images etc) into PDF to flip book software, you will see the design interface just as the following screenshot shows. Then please follow the steps:
1. Main Settings
2. Use Mini Mode
3. Set Width and Height(such as 500*400). Click Preview to ensure the mini book is of best display size and effect.
4. Publish it as HTML format and it will output the flipbook in a folder named Magazine.
Tip : you can also enable Auto Play so the mini flipbook can automatically flip pages on webpage. This will make your web content more engaging and dynamic.
How to Embed Mini Flipbook to a Webpage Using Code?
Please upload the whole flipbook folder "Magazine" to your website via FTP. For instance, you have uploaded the whole folder to path: http://www.mysite.com/demo/, then URL of uploaded folder will be http://www.mysite.com/demo/magazine/ from which you can view your flipbook on a single webpage.
In order to show the flipping book in mini style on homepage, then please follow the below codes:
<object classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=126.96.36.199" height="270" id="swf" width="400"> <param name="movie" value="http://www.mysite.com/demo/magazine/book.swf" /> <param name="quality" value="high" /> <param name="wmode" value="transparent" /> <param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always" /> <param name="allowFullScreen" value="true" /> <embed allowfullscreen="true" allowscriptaccess="always" height="380" name="swf" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" quality="high" src="http://www.mysite.com/demo/magazine/book.swf" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="500" wmode="window"> </embed> </object>
Note: Please set at least one value of Width and Height in embedding code(500*380) smaller than the value you set in software(500*400). Then the flipbook will automatically show in mini mode.
