How to Merge Multiple PDF Documents into One PDF
Merging multiple PDF files into a single PDF file is eaasy with PDF Merger. Just follow the following instructions to combine your PDF documents now.
At first, you should download and install the PDF merger. When you start the program, you will be presented with the primary screen from
which all actions are taken.
Import PDF files and images
Clicking the Add Files icon, it will open the standard file browse and select window. From that window you can navigate to the folder and find the PDF files and images you want to add to the list of files to be merged.
Alternatively, if you are using Windows Explorer to locate files, you have the convenience ofbeing able to "drag and drop" files into the PDF
Merger window.
Your merged pdf document will be generated in exactly the same order as files appear in this window. To change the order of files, select any file with a single click and use the Up and Down controls to re-order the list of files as needed.
Set merging way for each PDF
PDF Merger allows you to set merging method for each PDF. You can select any pages in PDF files by page ranges: All, Odd, Even, Part (e.g.: 1, 3, 5, 7-10).
Just double click each PDF document and select specifed merging method. If you want to merge all the pages of all the PDF files, just ignore this step.
Customize settings
You can edit the Properties, adjust Security settings (passwords, view/print permissions, etc.) for the output PDF.
- Poroperties setting
The Property tab allows you to add/edit Title, Subject, Author, and Keywords for the PDF document. Clicking the drop-down arrowhead displays a list of available macros for each field allow you to quickly select data for each field.
- Security setting
You can set the password for your output PDF. To set an open password for others viewing the PDF without password. And you also can set a password to restrict printing and editing the document.
Merge all the PDF files
Click the Start button to merge the PDF in minutes. You will get the merged PDF soon.
